I see what he's going for here, I just don't think it really works.
It's kinda cool, I guess? Not really sure I see the point.
The idea of this guy being present at all these big moments is sort of funny or interesting in theory, I suppose.
But it's been done before (it's basically the premise of Woody Allen's movie Zelig), and this guy just doesn't really have the technical skill to follow through and make it his own.
The coloring here is off, and his arm is floating. Just visually kind of awkward.
Like, what moment is this? This could be anywhere, anytime.
And this is a painting, the others are photographs. Inconsistent, unneccessary. Just a puzzling enterprise overall.
Oh well. Hope he had fun doing it, at the very least.
