IT Intern

Requirements
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting both Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating system environments. Familiarity with Linux and the command line. Standard MS Office software support. Knowledge of backup solutions.

Responsibilities
Network Planning and Administration. Troubleshooting hardware and software systems. Administration and maintenance of file servers and printers. Maintenance of data center servers and general operations. Desktop (PC and Mac) and Printer support. Train new employees. Hardware and software installations.
